How long does it take to register my school?
We can be up and running in your school in less than a day. It just depends on how quickly your school is able to provide us with the required school information we need to make Tribe work!
How do you ensure parents can only see parents from their school?
When a school onboards with Tribe, they give us a CSV file of their parents. Upon sign up, we match the user to this CSV file. If they are not found, they aren't let in unless they enter a private school code.
Do you offer realtime ride tracking?
We don't as of now but that is at the top of our development tasks. Our
plan is to launch this feature by the end of this year. Follow us on social
